....my brakes now sound like there is a stone caught oin them and area bit squishy sometimes, wondering if its either what is caught in them making them feel funny or i have cooked the fluid.

and that bloody boost pipe has come off again

so whats the best fluid to go for and is there an easy way of replacing all fluid in the system other than paying a mechanic to do it?

Castrol Response Super brake fluid x 2ltrs and gunsons easibleed.

what 'e said (don't use too much pressure for the eezibleed or you can force air bubbles in with the new fluid)

my Fabia VRS brakes got a bit noisy and spongy on the Ring trip , but have quietened down now , also when i got back i just pumped through some fluid on each caliper to make sure no air bubbles in fluid , i'm only using standard dot4
