Is there any oct vrs owners that can say they also have had the counter weights done and dont have the brakes squeaking like a mouse at low speeds

Since having my rear disks and pads changed they make a horrendous noise in reverse. It scares my dog if he's standing in the window when I reverse onto the drive :( I'm not amooooosed
