I have looked the net up and down and cant find any other tail light variations than the god damn lexus lookalikes....

Isnt there really something else ? I mean there its lots of light types to say golf or beemers but for skoda ??

I tought of buying some lexus look-a-likes and rebuilding them as i wanted them, but since i am not so home with plastering and wirering i would like to skip it

I think it's the Lexus look or stock ones , Im afraid! You could try tinting your oem ones , im not sure if it is possible tho , otherwise if your car is pre 05 facelift you have the option of fitting the new spec 'C' rear lights off the newer cars.
