They're fine. They have an agreement with the fitters like the big lease companies do, black circles pay on account and get the fitting cheaper. As for the tyres, you'd be amazed what markup is normally being made!

Also, try mytyres.net and see if it's possible to get the tyres fitted seperately, and if you live anywhere near Winchester, there's micheldever tyres (http://www.micheldever.co.uk).
