I need a new door lock motor (NSR) for my Superb and rather than pay stealer prices I will try and source one from a breaker's yard. Bearing in mind the number of Passats sold I figured it may be easier to try and get a Passat one. Question is, does anyone know if they are actually the same?

I would have said they were the same, as the handles and assemblies are the same.
