I joined ages ago (it may even be years!!!) but am just getting round to posting for the first time. I've learned loads already though from hours of reading on here.

I'm hoping someone can help with a part number or price for a replacement front Ashtray for an Octavia Ambient (New Body Style) - A car audio fitter kindy broke the mechanism on the original one when looking for the easiest route to fit an IceLink and route the wire to the head unit.

That's not actually a route I'd considered. I'm reasonably confident the fitter's boss is going to pick up the tab for a new one, I just need to be able to give him a firm idea of the cost and so far the prices from each call to a different dealer have seemed like they are picking numbers at random. :confused:

I'll be keeping an eye on that link though, looks like that site could be useful some day.
