Well, got the thing in and what a complete mare of a job. I doubt I will *ever* fit another of these

Had to cut the console about in the rear to get enough clearance for the unit and cables, then had to lift the centre console and passenger seat out to route all the cables for the boot install :(

Took me about 2 full days in the end :( Still it is a gorgeous unit, it controls the iPod as if directly using it, you can search by artist, album or playlist. The DVD MP3 functions very fast, it reads a full DVD in approx 3-4 seconds, you can also search for albums or tracks too.

All in all a fantastic unit, even if it was a barsteward to fit

Ive been on the site but havernt bothered yet, ive been playing around with powercaps and amp wireing kits to even try burning a disc off with a background. DO you reckon you can make your own background?? I note the background isnt a JPG,gif or a bitmap image. so unsure if it can be done.

You can't, has to be two MPEG2 frames blended at an exact size :(

There is a new site with hundreds of backgrounds and if you send him an image he'll make it into a background for you

What sites that then?? or is it a google search??
