Throttle foot space on Superb 2.5 Auto

Featured Replies

Has anyone else had the problem of getting their foot caught up against the outside trim. I noticed it some weeks ago and the gap between the throttle pedal and the trim is only about 1 inch. I have big feet and wide shoes and now have to put my foot on the throttle edgeways. having taken the trim off - there are cables and connectors galore which prevent the trim from being pushed back any further. Apart from this I am absolutely delighted with the car - I did not notice it on the test drive? I am afraid to try pushing the cables and connectors back in case I distub anything - any views anyone?

Had car 3 months and I did notice this but within couple days got use to it and had forgotten about it. Size 12s here so suspect you too will forget about it. Driving position is lovely. Now the radio picking up traffic Announcements (TP) is another matter.Only worked on one single day !! Rang stealer who said he has a Superb and the TP/TA function has never worked. Now I'm confused.

Thanks Wrenco - hope you are right. I have not had any probs with my TP so I think you should ask the stealer to put it right? The car is still under it's warranty period so it should not cost you anything?

My TP WORKS BRIL THANKS

my tp works great too - a little too good as it picks the good songs to interrupt- not being funny are all your channels tuned on tp1 not fm1
