Does anyone here subscribe to PC Magazine pls?

I subscribed cos I wanted a bit of software offered about three years ago (it was fine). I managed to lose my password instantly afterwards and I'm still paying annually (about £20 so not a bankruptiiing amount). They haven't replied to "New password please" and my next subs is due around now.

If I cancel my direct debit, I'll get charged by the bank for returning a direct debit (not far short of the subs cost) if I haven't notified the originator, so I've thought I might as well allow it to keep going and try to get my password sorted.

Edit: I haven't contacted them loads, as I usually give up trawling through their websites as I can't now even find the one I used before to request new password. Goes back to knitting
