I'm waiting for my silvergrey fabia estate to arrive but I was a bit dissappointed not to find colour-coded door handles on the option list. :confused:

Does anyone has experience with painting the door handles ?

Or is it possible to fit Octavia ones, they can be colour coded from factory...

You can get chrome effect door handles, which I saw on alex_ninja's car. If he see's this hopefully he'll pipe up and tell us all where he got them from (as I've forgotten already...)

Painting plastic needs a special primer - and as it's metallic you will need to apply a top coat of clear lacquer.

The chrome (and carbon effect) door handle covers are from JHM Buttcos and cost about
