VRS Light eyebrows help!!!

Hi everyone I have seen a lot of VRS's for sale lately with headlight eyebrows fitted and was wondering where to get these from - Skoda dealer - internet shop - Ebay or other ?

Also I want a new grill for my VRS like the dark / black ones I have seen if anyone knows please let me know .
