IBAN is a new thing just recently intorduced. It stands for International Bank Account Number and you should have it on your latest statement. It is to speed up money transfers in the world, and reduce errors. BIC I believ is the bank's international code but I'm not sure on that. The Royal Bank of Scotland sent me a information letter on all of this when it first started last year to explain it.

Ok you need to give your Bank as much info as possible as you'll be doing a European money transfer.
