hello one and all

heard about the site from a friend on a vectra forum i was a member on, but i've now switched my alligance to the octy and what a machine it is in comparison.

i got myself an 02 plate ex-police vrs a week ago and my god is it good!!!!!

I never thought i'd find a car like the v6 vec gsi, but the octy beats it hands down for performance, handling, space and comfort.

oh i suppose i best tell you a bit about me too!!! lol I'm Rob, i live in scatborough, north yorkshire, i'm married with 2 kids (11 & 5) and i'm a pre-press controller for a large print company up here.

it looks like a very friendly and informative site but hopefully i won't need the techy help thou.

i think it's standard but with it being an ex-police car you never know! i'd be interested in getting it on the rollers to see what it's kicking out thou.

thanks for the welcome guys. well i've finally given in to temptation and fitted my first mod .... a nice shiny full induction kit and boy does it sound and go well, even with the standard zorst and with no other engine mods. i love the turbo and dumping sound i now get with it.
