To all you experts out there, can this be fitted into th Mk1 with the symphony head unit?

Aparently it is from a 2002 A3 1.9tdi. Just wondered if it was a simple click and go solution to improve the Symphony head unit?

Bare minimum you will need to run wiring, but I don't think there were outputs for that when I wired in a car kit.

I'm doubting the standard symphony head units amps would be good enough to drive a sub, and personally I would look at using an external amp with new speakers in the current positions or change the head unit for one with a decent amp in it.

It is unfortunately rather poor :(

Okay, thanks for the advice. I knew it would be a long shot, but wasn't expecting a resounding 'Yes' anyway. Things are rarely that simple with cars.:o
