Very pleased to have found this site,just aquired an ex demo Fabia 1.4 100bhp ambiente. Have been looking for sometime for a replacement for my old trusted Ford escort 10 years old. Never really considered looking at Skoda before,but I was impressed with spec. and could'nt find anything that matched.

Similar to me, I got a 1.4 100bhp comfort (older than the ambiente) and would never have thought of getting a skoda and was on my way to look at vw's and popped into the garage on the off chance they might have some v dubs in - ended up hunting for fabias and really love the car

I had the usual 'badge snobbery' until I took a test in a Fabia vRS and ordered it straight away.

I would deffinately have another Skoda, just waiting for the new Fabis vRS as the Octavia is a bit large for me and the wife at the moment, town parking and all that, no children yet.
