It's been suggested to me that Skoda Elsawin does not cover much (if any) Workshop Manual information for Mk1 Octavia?? This doesn't seem sensible to me, considering most other models are on there both earlier and later :confused: Can anyone with access confirm this one way or the other please, before I get in an argument lol?

I've got it. There is no workshop info in ElsaWin on the Mk1 Octavia; A great disappointment to be honest. I've been suggested that Skoda T.I.S (Technical Information Service) may be more useful, whatever that is.

Yep we didn't have any info in the workshop other thsn the manuals which I would think arent updated anymore either.

Elsawin has a bit more info on the mk2 but still very poor:thumbdwn:

I use the Golf GTi for reference as they are very similar and share the same engine.

ok, thanks guys, I guess it's correct then :eek: just seems wierd why they did coverage for earlier and later models and that one is pretty much blank

Someone is sending me the Skoda T.I.S. stuff, and I'll let you know how useful it is once I've had a play with it. I could do with an ELSA Golf Gti datadisc if anyone has a spare
