Cobra alarm playing me up anyone help?

I've got a cobra remote alarm fitted to my Octy.

It was already fitted when I purchased it a couple of months ago secondhand.

Everything was fine but recently the remote started to fail locking & open all the windows.

Managed to rectify the problem in the short term but now when I unlock & then open the doors the windows open.

All i want is for it to lock/unlock remotely no window action required.

Can anyone help please..
