I used to have something similar, bought from the US on fleabay, I used it clear the fault code that was generated using the resistor mod on the furby vRS...

did its job well (clearing fault codes)

was crap at actually defining what the fault was though, as it wasn't in the book.... used it to read a fault on an octy at a meet too, and that fault wasn't in the book either! would still clear it though.....

It always gave fault codes tho, I suspect if you have VAGCOM software, or posted the faultcodes on here, wyou could desipher them
