Well it arrived today, and I must say i'm really pleased

I was getting roughly 2 to 2.5 Mb with BT and now i'm getting 6 to 7 (i'm over a mile from the exchange).

I've also used a utility called DMT Tool, see here Overclockers UK Forums - Speedtoutch DMT Tool tweak guide which has improved speeds even more although stability may be an issue.

thank god everything went ok after my recommendation, still i suppose thats a free month each in the bag!!!

i used dmt but after monitoring the errors in the be box i ended up switching it off, if you post your stats in the be forum someone will let you know if you should be expecting more from the service etc, my lines over 3km so i'm further than you and get between 7 and 8 meg, i removed the ring wire though and put a new face plate on the bt socket.
