Brake Pedal activating all lights.

Featured Replies

and the pins on a dual filament bulb are offset, so it won't turn in a single filament 21W socket (or vice versa).

Believe me i've seen it done enough times.

Yep the bulbs were wrong!

THankyou for everything guys.

Have a good one.

x:thumbup:

don't know

but i had a similar problem!

my lights were constantly on and by turning one light on all of them would activate.

reason why?

somehow water traveled under the bonnet through wityh some cables by following them and into the fusebox in the passenger side. constant heavy rain causes it to fill up! thus shorting out every electrical circuit in the car!

might as well check?

I'll believe you, but I really think I'd pulll the globe off the bayonet if I tried it!

I had the same problem and it turned out that the brake light filament had bust & fallen across the side-light filament - took me AGES to discover it.
