hi guys ive just transferred from the lexus owners club after trding my is200 for a 20v t vrs.

now a quick question was i right to??

and is it true the vrs is 180bhp standard as im getting mixed messages that some of the earlier golf 20v t were 150 bhp.

can someone please give me a correct figure.

Welcome.

Of course we'll say that you have made the right move!! :P

It's too different types of car to be honest. The Lexus is a bit more of a cruiser and you'll find the vRS a bit more racy. I think you'll find the vRS will be 180hp. The engine will reveal it for sure. AUQ I think.

hi and welcome to briskoda... 180 bhp unless it's remapped??? :D

The only 150 bhp vrs' were only available in places like India and the caribbean due to poor petrol quality.

Oh and welcome to the forum
