my brothers v5 came this morning for his new car.it came to the right address but with someone else's name on it.

we think the name is off the 2nd owner (as it' a 2 owner car but says 1 previous owner on the v5).

whose fault is it? the dealer,dvla or my brothers ?

My V5 came with the wrong name - dealers' fault. Unfortunately it's up to you to sort out with the DVLA & they won't even talk to the dealer or the previous seller :thumbdwn:

If you fill in the bottom section (Amendments or similar it's called IIRC) and send it off they'll sort it & return it pretty painlessly.
