You're right - you simply have to ring them and ask "what if...?". I take it you're not chipped? What are you hoping to gain from the TIP?

They'll probably asked what % increase you're expecting and then work it out from there.

Not expecting an increase just don't want the bother of collapsing pipes as warranty runs out this year.
