When my Octavia II returned from the body shop, the rear of side electric window did not work.

Apparently the Body shop had removed and replaced the window rubber between the bottom of the window and the door. It does now seem to be sitting right to me.

Upon further investigation when the window is operated you can hear a motor working but no window movement happens.

Can any one help me please!!

personally id take it back to the bodyshop and get them to put right the work they havent completed properly
