door and window problem?

Hi all

I am new to this forum, and I have an Octavia 1.8tdi 2003 the problem that i have is

a few days ago the led on the drivers door for the central locking stayed on all the time and then the drivers door would not lock remotely only with the key in the door .Then today the rear window drivers side started to go down and up by its self .Are these problems related or have I a number of problems :confused:? Any help would be greatfully recieved.
