suggestions for an extended warranty

Featured Replies

My Mk 1vRS, will be three years old in February 2008 and thus the warranty will expire.

Has anyone any suggestions re an extended warranty ? , either with Skoda or another company and how much would I look to pay.

Thanx

I've used Warranty Direct :: The UK's leading car warranty & household warranty supplier. Providing used car warranties, new car warranties, and household protection for your TV, washing machine and other products. and they seem to honour their warranty with no quibbles. Price will depend on their perceived reliability of the car and also current mileage, but they seem very happy to negotiate down to a price and then throw in lots of cover so make sure you push them hard. They are also very open about what is and isn't covered.

Might also be worth speaking to your dealer about the Skoda extended warranty, but I'm not sure how comprehensive that is and what is and isn't covered.
