Changed the speakers, need a new piece of trim... DOH!

Hi all, I haven't posted on here for a while so happy new year to you.

Any idea where I can get the piece of trim that sits behind and houses the wing mirror adjustment and heater switch on my VRS?

I changed the front door speakers for some nice Sony ones last night as mine have been humming and vibrating their way through the last 2 years or so and I managed to snap the tabs on the back of the trim as I was removing it.

By the way, anybody who is thinking of doing this job themselves, I'm sure if you know what you are doing it'd take a couple of hours.... I did not so it took myself and a mate 6 hours last night, sounds ace though!

Helpfull tip though, there is a tab at the rear back of the front top pannel (that houses the door lock/unlock switch and the electric window switches) on the door/arm rest trim which will prevent you from removing the pannel. Unclip it from the back side of the trim before attempting to put the door trim back on.... the cable for the controls is very short! . Also, whilst the door trim is off, put some sound proofing in, it doesn't make a huge difference to the niose levels, but it will fix any rattles you have in your door!

Any help with the trim would be appreciated.
