Last night whilst driving through a built up area a football walloped off the front windscreen which has left a scuff type mark on the glass.

Does anyone know if this can be fixed diy style?

Thanks,

Mick.

ANYONE:confused:

IIRC Halford do glass chip repair kits but dunno if it would work for that, I've never tried them so I dunno !!!

Has it actually scratched the glass? If so you may need to talk with someone like autoglass ref polishing it out. It there is no scratch on the glass you should be able to remove it with some decent glass polish.

Ive got a deep scrathc on my windscreen, and the company we deal with say a bew screen, as they cant do much with it.

So without any pics mate, were clutching at straws!

Ive seen this Colm but its for cracks/holes....tbh its probably not visable from a photo!

Its just annoying at the mo as it catches my eye if the sun catches it at certain angles.

Mick.
