Changing Tyres and wheels

Hi, It's time for me to change tyres in my L&K octy 2 and I am looking to replace the wheels as well, with the ones that come in the Superb.

My current sets - 6.5J x 16" VEGA

Need - 7J x 16" METAN. (from Skoda superb)

Any of you folks know the specs of these two wheels, such as offset and PCD?

I like the wheels to stay flush to the body and never to protrude.
