Just had new standard discs and pads fitted all round on my vRS and have been told to expect them to be spongy and maybe bind for a little while. Can anyone give me an idea of how long I can expect this for? I can hardly notice anything on performance and the brakes seem to work fine but I've noticed it on my MPG.

Thats cool then dont worry. Just take it easy for 100 miles or so.
