Bodywork repairs needed in Bucks/Herts area

Can anyone recommend a good bodywork specialist in the Bucks/Herts area. Came back to find a small dent in the top of the wheelarch (Stone grey) so a tricky place and I think it is too much for the average 'chips away' operator.

Tried to attach a digital photo but it is too big (733KB) and the maximum size is 500KB.

We bought our Scala Monte Carlo Edition 1.5 tsi back in December and from late January it has had both mechanical problems and electronic gremlins. The mechanical problem have mostly been sorted, new rear discs and pads that were making noises like a wheel bearing was rumbling, the gearbox has had a software update and a reset (it's still not perfect). I have a 2022 Karoq 110PS which will need the spark plugs changing soon. I have looked at a couple of on line retailers but they quote different thread lengths for their plugs against my registration. These are 20.5mm, 26.5mm and 28mm. I don't want to fit the wrong plugs so am asking advice on which is the correct plug length for my car? I believe NGK plugs will have been fitted by Skoda originally so will be looking to stay with NGK if I can. Many thanks.

My recent (non-Skoda) cars have given dashboard warnings when the battery in the key fob runs down. This gives the driver the opportunity to change the battery and to keep the key functional. The battery in my Superb's key fob recently ran down, and it went from fully operational (working the button "plip" as well as the keyless entry) to completely flat during the course of a day at work.
