Are there any Cisco Call Manager experts on Briskoda?

I have a question regarding changing the information displayed on the top bar of a Cisco 7960 phone... Im sure I have done it in the past, maybe an older version of CCM, but now I cannot find anywhere to make the change or find it in the support pages.

Normally the bar displays the time, date and extension number of line 1.

howerver I want to change the extension number to something else.

I thought I changed a field in CCM before, but now I cannot find anything to do with that area of the phone.

Can anyone help?
