Right hello all my first proper post what boot spoilers can you get for my 89 rapid im not after a fast and furious look just some thing to make it look a little different and where can I find one any ideas fokes

Nowhere in Britain unless you can find something second hand. best bet would be CZ. You should contact www.skoparts-international.com and see if Paul can assist - he is the last 'old Skoda' parts supplier in the UK and he is very good and has contacts in CZ. I have used this lot for things - http://www.speedpro.eu/ and they have an English translation but you have to pay by transfer (which isnt free when the money is going abroad) and they may not be willling to post big items like fibreglass. I should also warn you that unless you want a small roof mounted job then most of the things I have seen for the bootlid are apendages similar to the old Cosworth whale tail and will make you look very silly indeed!

A duck bill spoiler would look epic on a Rapid. I don't know how you'd go about getting hold of one.

Thats the kind of monstrosity I was talking about! I don't think they will post to the UK - their link was posted on the Skoda owners forum a while back and I think Skofast commented that they weren't interested in 'abroad'. Could be wrong so it would be worth contacting them, but don't hold your breath.
