Sweet, il purchase myself some of that sealant then il give it a go. Tolerance shouldn't be an issue used to working to a lot less being an engineer haha. Going to wait for air box to arrive dont fancy butchering the one on the car incase i f*@k it up. Thanks mate appreciate the help

Just a quick update nothing special, decided to clean throttle body today, wow it was filthy didnt take any pics of it tho. Massive difference since cleaning, idles a lot steadier and revs dont famce up and down anymore. Got carried away and decided to tart rocker cover up a bit aswell not best of jobs but will do for now Quick pic of engine bay... Also this arrived today waiting on spare airbox then going to have a bash at fitting this... Cant wait to get it fitted been told it makes a massive difference thats all for now. Thanks Jonezy
