hi all just to close this! turns out the battery was the issue. replaced and no faults since! (apart from a phone call from the wife about an Adblue Alarm!!) thanks for your help!

Cars in every day use so its definitely not charging issue. Either somthing is draining it. <which i cant see> or its not able for load. If i sit in car lights off all off and try to start it. Its dead. Il try battery first and report back 👍

Hi all looking for thoughts on the atatcehd scan, ACC stops working when you turn the car on but if you drive and turn it off and on again by key it functions again. the Cruise control stick does nothing until it functions again. i have noticed a number of low voltage errors, so im getting battery replaced this week. All this is since it was services with a main dealer before Christmas, they had to replace a glow plug. Cylinder 4. hi all hoping someone can help, Background: Note the scan is off my brothers a4.... Completing a scan to turn off a fault light (engine management) my laptop malfunctioned... and somehow managed to throw up the immobilizer.. dont ask me how or what happened.. long story short we could get it fixed apart from a local guy was able bypass the EEprom in the ECM. (hence fault in scan below) how ever now we still have the issue of the IMMO light being on on the dash and when i go to adpat the keys, as you enter the test value it come up with an error. i have the the pin for the cluster too. i cant communicate with the IMMO module. Can someone point me in the right direction? or at least what to check next? or who to call! final note car is running with IMMO on dash. see full scan below. Had this issue it turned out to be the boot seal had two small holes in the rubber. Bit of tec 7 and plumped up the seal. I also tighened the lock so that it pulled it closed more no problems since.

Check the door switch it is built into the lock in the door. Sometimes the lock needs to be taken out and contacts cleaned. Other wise lock assembly will need to be changed.

I had an issue with the passenger side turned out to be a drain grommet had perished and water was getting splashed into underlay? There is posts about cracks in the wheel arch and water coming in that way too? Might be somewhere else to look?

FIX!! Had this problem with my octavia, after a close inspection of the rubber seal i noticed two small cracks. i removed seal and re sealed with a tec 7 silicone and let dry before replacing. 12 months on no problems!

places you can check. check around scuttle cover at the bottom of the window check that the pipes feeding away under scuttle cover arent blocked check pipe that comes down near hinges of the door. is the floor carpet wet or just drips?

hi all sorry to open a thread again but having these problems.. when plugged into vcds it comes up trailer and tire pressure unreachable? any ideas? could it be the CAN or is there another box that could be faulty?
