2001 vrs are the headlights canbus or not????

Do you get a grinding noise from the window motor if you do then chances are the cables on the regulator are buggered. On here there is a really helpfull guide to replacing it. Quite easy done mine in under an hour

Ah now after seeing phil-w' link im torn . Wonder if the projector would still work with led strip??? Only 1 way to find out.
And no dsmithmobile the ones' s I got cant be cut, sent them back anyway and ordered the ssme as vrscarl.

To me its normal spec. Just seems strange how on 2 bits of paperwork say' tracker ' may have to contact skoda and see if they can shed some light. Knowing my look it will be a missprint.

Just decided to go through the mountain of paperwork my car came with to see if it had had new coil packs fitted under the campaign that has been discussed on here many times. And I stumbled across the official skoda spec sheet of the car when new and it stats that it has a tracker fitted, can anyone on here confirm that, the car was registered in 2001, and its a vrs. On a side note no paperwork for coil packs being changed, call to local dealer in order

As of late I get some knocking from the front when I go over bumps and like a judder through the steering wheel. The car is standard 01 plate vrs. What sort of bushes are required? And is it a big job. Cheers dudes

I think it looks ok. But not 100% convinced on it being curved. Now bowders1 spoiler looks awesome and its the same size. Its down to personnel choice at the end ofthe day. And if you get it for free or really cheap then why not fit it and be different

Ive tried dealing with tps for things but have been told they dont deal with joe public :( because im also after the foam base for drivers seat before the metal support rips through the leather. Any hints and tips on using tps would be great... also what would be the best way of fitting the splitter???? Cheers

Would a dual beam low wattage hid kit be right for my vrs? Im not getting a stupidly bright blue going for 6k bulbs and just had headlights aligned proper. I know alot of people disagree with these kits but im fed up with trying to see at night. Going from real good headlights in my audi to these poo things in octavia is not cool... cheers chaps. Dual beam h4 35watt 6?
