  1. Used set of 5no. Skoda OEM 19” Supernova 8J x 19 ET44 alloys wheels. Skoda part no. 3V0 071 499 JX2. Gloss black with brushed aluminium finish around circumference. Cost new circa £275 per wheel: https://www.skoda-parts.com/spare-part/3v0071499jx2-aluminium-rim-19-supernova-skoda-29007.html My car, which I've just sold, is a 2019 Mk3 Superb 4x4 Estate Sportline but I believe the wheels will fit all Skoda Superb saloons and estates from 2016 to present plus many other VAG group cars and other brands but the buyer is responsible to confirm compatibility. I've found this site useful for looking up wheel/tyre sizes: https://www.wheel-size.com/ The alloys are fitted with the excellent Continental ContiWinterContact TS 850P M&S Extra Load tyres: https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/accessories-tyres/89347/continental-contiwintercontact-ts-850-tyre-review The tyre size is 235 x 40 R19 96 V XL and I believe their current new cost is well over £200 a corner. I bought the alloys secondhand but new/unused from a fellow Briskoda forum member in May 2019 and fitted the new tyres in October 2019. They’ve been fitted to my car for three winters and have only done local mileage and, due to covid, one trip to the alps and back - so definately no more than 7-8k miles. One alloy/tyre is brand new unused as it’s been in the boot as an all-year-round spare wheel. The four used wheels have some minor scuffing and from a quick measure with a ruler in dodgy light appear to have a consistent 7mm tread depth remaining. Can supply pics and more accurate tread depth measurements in a few days. Price for the set of five is £750 collected from the east side of Nottingham. Accept payment by bank transfer (cleared funds) or cash on collection. Message me if interested or my contact details are here: https://www.thepisteoffice.com/index.php/tcpdf/contact-us
  2. Did a quick search but couldn't find anything. Got my new facelift model Superb in mid Oct and it has the Columbus sat nav with the 9.2" touchscreen. Everything was great until a week ago when the sat nav map stopped displaying on the virtual cockpit. All of the other VC functions are working fine as is the sat nav on the main screen entertainment system screen. The VC screen were the sat nav should appear is just black but when I enter a destination on the main screen the distance/travel time gets displayed on the screen but not the map. The fault has been intermittent throughout the week, about 50:50 working/not working. Took the car to my main dealer on Monday. They said that they'd not seen the problem before. I'm collecting it tomorrow but it's not fixed yet. Apparently Skoda are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. I thought the VC has been in the Audi's for ages so I'd have thought it had been well debugged by now. Anyone else had this issue?
