  1. Thanks. It had the same Duracell battery that was in before the car battery was changed - this issue seems to have developed after that was replaced. I suspect it may be a dealer trip if the issues continue (it was working fine again today when I just popped out).
  2. Our 63 plate's battery was running low and got changed when we last had it serviced. Since then the remote locking has been quite temperamental. On the whole it is working, but on several occasions now it has simply stopped working. The battery in the keyfob is fine (although I have changed it). Generally putting the key back in the ignition and starting the engine is sufficient to get it to work again, but it took a bit more effort last night and I'm not actually sure what I did in the end to sort it! I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this? The fact it's an intermittent issue probably makes it harder to solve.
