That car was mine.... the dealer I bought it from lied about everything sold it me as an ex demo ..... When I got log book it already had 3 owners prior to me and it was a year old if I remember i tried finding out any history on it and the independent dealer I went to said it was strange as he wasn’t able to access the warranty history....??? pretty odd.... I personally think it had some major issue when new hence warranty history being hidden...! the selling dealer to me here in Oxford washed their hands of it and me it’s a very well specked car

I'm still not convinced tho I see a basic octavia today in the car park and looks same height as mine :(

Ok So yesterday I parked next to a elegance Same year Same wheels Same tyres Huh So much for 25 mm lower.....!!!??? Anyone measured their sport on std suspension??

I've got TPM too And elec rear windows too

It does handle well However I'm surprised its 25mm lower than standard ! Thankyou all for verifying it all for me too

Has anyone retro fitted the oem centre console arm rest/box to their car?? mine has the standard ambiente type thing with spaces for cups etc however I want to fit the arm rest type console and was wondering what 'other' parts necessary other than the main console/arm rest itself as ill be getting parts from a breaker miles away... cheers in advance

Hi just bought a 2005 Octavia 'sport' been told its based on an 'Ambiente' can anyone tell me apart from the obvious what the 'sport' spec was over the ambiente please I know it has deeper bumpers the Pegasus 17" alloys twin tailpipe exhaust real spoiler anything else please??? Cheers in advance

Dya know if the suspension is lowered as part of sport pack Or not!! Don't wanna buy lowered springs and its already lower!!!! Although I doubt it is.. looking at the humongous gap between tyre and arch on mine :(
