Might be water in the cables (wire) to the hand brake. I had an issue with water ingress due to sloppy rubber gromits that seal between the wire and outer shell of the cable. So this ackumulation of water freezes and limit the movement of the wire.

Have you checked with a different ground when measuring at the connector. So you know if it is the feed or return path you are loosing voltage? Could it be a bad ground through another circuit? (Return path)

I have it in location 39 on a 2012 LH drive.

I have the setting for this in the maxi dot screen. Choose dimming level. Superb greenline 2012.

I have also have had to dismantle the lock mechanism to lubricate it. After this several years ago the fault has not returned. What problem do you have with kessy? I probably got short in a door loom that took out a fuisable link in the controller. It still gives an error open circuit for that antenna. The loom is fixed, just have to take the controller apart and replace the 0.22 Ohm fusible link.
