    No mate, as previously stated because they are not a legal requirement in the UK you do not get them unless your dealer decides to throw them in.
     
    I'm on my 4th Skoda now and never had them supplied with any of them.

    The new Superb doesn't use the old method of wires in the windscreen it uses a metal film.

    It's the 2nd aerial for your radio, I believe that the term is "diversity". 
     
    Your replacement windscreen should also have this for the radio to work correctly.
