  1. Just bought our travel system, and having only had our Fabia Estate 2 months from new I was mortified with the non existent passenger front legroom.. love the car and the boot size, but just cannot believe the limited space up front.
  2. £8,600 seems harsh! Especially for an auto! I would be paying over the odds for any automatic!
  3. Current trade valuation live today comes out at; Clean - £9750 Average - £9125 Below - £8525 It's actually risen by £300 since the beginning of the month strangely.... Good luck!
  4. I unfortunately work in the motor trade. And I see cheap tyres on a daily basis even as low as £5. Names people have never even heard of "lanvigator catch power" is a favourite. We all still maintain that the tyre is the only bit of the car that touches the road so make it good ones. Also when looking at a "trade in" if we see "ditchfinder" tyres then we do change the value as it makes you look for other costs that have been cut elsewhere... That being said, the OEM tyres on the estate have a wet weather rating of E which is shocking!
  5. Hi all, after a slight argument with someone about the introduction of E10 fuel in the future. It then made me think, is the 1.0 TSI in the Fabia Mk3 compatible with the E10 petrol? Ours is one of the last pre facelift (so no particulate filter)... What do you think?...
  6. Will let you know as we pick ours up on Wednesday all being well..... Was very impressed with the quality of the standard kit on the Yeti... And Fabia 2
  7. I even work for Suzuki and I must have been crazy to buy one.... Stick with Skoda!
  8. Had a Citigo Sport Fabia Monte Carlo Tech Yeti Outdoor SE 2 Suzuki SX4 S cross'... Horrific. Soon to collect our new Fabia Estate SEL! Glad to be back with the brand.
  9. I have a 65 plate Yeti SE that has the black roof rails, and would swap!?
  10. After a long long while... I've since had a Fabia and now a Yeti.. recently thought of having another citigo as a spare car (have company car also) it's nice to hear that the clutch click has been resolved for most...
  11. Finance company is and also the subsidised rate at 0% is worth it for a new car registration. Dealerships are rewarded if they hit their new car target monthly and on top are rewarded on PCP cases if they achieve both hand in hand. Though they are also rewarded in bonuses for "normal" HP finance. It's just something a lot of people don't bother with now because of the higher monthly payments compared with PCP.
  12. Profit margin is no different, it's just an easier way to get people into cars at nearly half the price of HP over the same term monthly. And dealers are targeted on PCP and on the renewals 2/3 years through. Domhnall.. PCP isn't a "complete" rip off if you think that you pay no interest on a Yeti PCP atm and get effectively £1000 fda, if you plan on keeping the car you're £1000 up and you've paid no interest over 3/4 years while you decide if you want to keep the car or not? Plus PCP accounts for around 90% of new car sales.
  13. Mostly because there are more Yetis, stronger offers on new cars and also more PRE REG yetis. This knocks on the residual value of your car. Hence your car wiping its nose.. just! Spoken by a salesman... (Not Skoda) (Yeti Owner)
