I had mine regassed at Pugeot as my friend worked there and he said same about it not filling if it had a leak but i can confirm mine deffo leaked as it was nice and cold when first done and then after a week or so i could hear a hissing wvery time i used the aircon and now its back to being just cool again. I will look at fixing it one day but i dont use it that often, i also bought a replacement sensor and returned it in end as was told it wasnt at fault.

Cheers, glad you liked it! -
Replaced the arm rest catch, got to remember to clip it shut properly now instead of just dropping it. Downside is that i broke some clips on the lid so i had to glue it down and hold it all tight:

Great looking car, on one of your previous pictures did i see that you had puddle lights in your wing mirror or under your door? Or was it just the angle of a light in the background? Cheers

Got some new parts on the way, not very exciting but will do the pics when they arrive: New wiper blades, Blue tinted wing mirror glass, Latch repair kit for the arm rest I also used the last of my sound deadening on the back doors.

Never heard that myself, never seen 2 versions either.

Very nice SE, its so clean!

I would run them down either drivers or passengers side trim where the carpet meets the plastic. Should be quite easy to tuck it under with out having to remove any panels.

Brother has a T4 2.5TDI, its a 888 special. He bought it a few years ago and it had basic conversion: bed and cupboards, carpeted panels. Since he has owned it we have stripped it right back, done all the insulation and sound deadening. Fitted a new mdf floor and then covered it in altro vinyl, fitted electrics with a lesiure battery and split charing and hook up, new carpet in the front of van, stereo. Sorted his bed foam out wit memory foam toopers and covers and fitted curtains. Still got to do rear view camera at some point. Its a great van, doesnt really struggle on hills, think its been remaped, camping in it is fine as awning clips to side of van, its comfortable to sleep in and on cold nights has an oil filled rad if they are hooked up. Its done over 160k and he has recently replaced alot of parts as off to Norway in a few weeks. I would recomend you join http://www.vwt4forum.co.uk/index.php Have alook at whats for sale and what issues people have etc.
