  1. Hi Guys I have just purchased some genuine roof bars for my mk3 octavia hatch, they were listed as fitting all mk3 octavia hatchs but they dont seem to fit at all. They are mega tight and wont hook around the contour of the roof I have attached a image of the feet, now i feel because it has a picture of a fabia on them then they may indeed be for a fabia. Does anyone have a genuine set of roof bars to see what theirs look like, i cant seem to find a part number on the feet only on the cover which appears to cross reference to most of the rails for different skoda models any help woul be very much appreciated thanks Rob
  2. Hmm i don't really want loose the 19s if im honest, yeah i have read that people say the Eibach have a better ride which is a bit worrying but surely they are stiffer then the standard ones? guess ill have to throw some standard ones on it and see what its like then
  3. Hi recently swapped my 2007 Mk2 Vrs tfsi for a 2016 Mk3 Vrs230 and its definitely a improvement in every way other then im finding the ride quite crashy/harsh on anything other then smooth tarmac especially compared to the mk2. Now the car has been fitted with eibach pro springs so what do other people think to the ride with these on? I think im going to put some standard springs on and try it standard but not sure if its down to the suspension or the standard 19" wheels? Obviously the ride is going to be a bit stiffer compared to a non vrs but for a family hatchback id expect it to ride better then it does its like it cant cope with lots of bumps/uneven road surface Any thoughts?
