My Octavia has a Webasto that heats both engine and interior which does indeed have its own sim. Had the dealer install it. Best feature I have ever had in a car.

Me again! And a couple of wee issues...

Rub the seals with silicone - used to have to do that with the golf or it would be impossible to open in the winter. New Octavia has a heater I can start from my phone. Watching the ice melt away while having my toast and coffee is quite, quite pleasing -

I have a two week old 1.4 hatch. When it was brand new I noticed something like what is described here but it has settled down now or disappeared. Was quite uncomfortable for the first week or so.- 1,541 replies

Hi all, just signed up. I'm 38 and a father of two (well I will be in a few weeks at least). When working I do software development. Currently driving an old Golf Estate from 2001 - nice car with automatic gearbox, all leather etc that's getting a little long in the tooth. So just ordered an Octavia Hatch 1,4 which I'm very much looking forward to driving - didn't spec a lot of extras but did go for the adaptive cruise control, bolero radio and a heater for the Danish winters. Cheers Morten
