I agree JR. I’ve been using my chipex kit but I think I need to redo it. Could really to with something to apply the paint better. Tempted to get a model spray gun to apply a clean layer of paint on her.

Thanks all. The paint has been removed. I do a good detail on the car each year but this was a challenge. Although doesn’t look bad from a distance I know it’s there so not sure if I should just get it done properly. what’s everyone’s thoughts?

Evening all, So somebody has hit the rear of my pride and joy. I have owned her from new and looked after her like a baby. I am trying to find a 2nd hand rear race blue VRS bumper. I could get it painted as there is no physical damage to the bumper but at £640 for a decent job I’m exploring other possibilities. Living on the Wirral and looking for decent scrap dealers with stock. Thanks Steve

Good Evening, Is there any advise on mapping my VRS TDI. Not sure on if this is worth doing (experience v cost of having it done). Also best place to get it done in the North West if recommended. Thanks for your assistance. Steve
