  1. I know, I should have looked. I think I should have just left it alone anyway lol.
  2. lol that’s exactly how it is. I was never good at art nor have a steady hand. Don’t, that’s happened to me before. I’m touching wood here, now you’ve said it, that it doesn’t repeat Stupid thing is it’s a tiny scratch. And yes I’ll leave it dirty lol
  3. Well in the end I attempted it on my own. I’d bought the paint, matched to the car. The thing it comes in has a brush one end and like a pin the other. Stabbed myself taking the top off, lol. I made it worse, so got most off again that I’d added, I’m leaving it. It’s not big enough and I’m useless
  4. I will update, with what was done etc 🙂
  5. Thank you 🙂
  6. Thank you
  7. Thanks all, I appreciate all your comments. A friend of mine is going to take a look in the next few days. Once I cleaned the area, it’s smaller than I thought, just shows a lot due to the colour of my car. I spoke to Skoda and I’ve ruled out a new case for the wing mirror based on cost and size of the scratch. The scuffs I reckon will polish out. I’ll upload a photo. My partner has the car today.
  8. Thank you. I had similar on my last car, yet again a non careful person, but as I was selling that car, I just bought a new casing from the dealer I’ll def try myself and if not maybe I’ll ask about the cost of detailed and new casing
  9. Thank you. Is there a particular make you’d recommend? I can go to a Halfords or Skoda
  10. Thank you all. I’ll take a photo tomorrow. The car is graphite grey and it’s now showing as white. I think it was from another car wing mirror. There’s a less dense longer scratch that I think will polish out. It’s just so this is covered/protected really and doesn’t stand out, that I’m aiming for
  11. I have a small scratch on one of my wing mirrors. It’s annoying more than anything else. I’ve never used t-cut so I’m unsure whether to try a dab or buy a touch up pen, just to hide it. Any opinions welcome
  12. I know this is a few years old, but I recently bought a Karoq SEL with manual lumbar. I’m getting back ache, which I’ve not had before. Admittedly, this could just be me getting used to a different seating position and the seat back being firmer. Just wondered if anyone with a manual lumbar support found it better using it or not. I’ll look at the link too for the seating position I’ve had neck ache in other cars, just never back ache

I hate the pings, obviously doesn’t happen much as I am careful. Im happy to have the display but don’t want the sound. The default is sound - not sure if display too. I have the virtual cockpit display showing my digital speed, so I am aware.
  14. Hi, I got my Karoq today. Just a question please, when I go into reverse, I see the lines that I’ve had on other cars, so that’s fine. but the outline of a car is to the left. Is that always there, can it be configured not to show it? If not it’s ok, just wondered. thanks
  15. Many thanks. Always wondered
  16. Just reading threads on here. Could I just ask, regarding paying off the balance in the first 14 days, when is that 14 days from, when you get the car or sign the deal?
  17. Getting a used SE L in graphite grey 🙂 low mileage
  18. Ah thanks. Yes it will be pcp and Škoda approved
  19. Thank you, I will
  20. hi, I am test driving the Karoq SE L tomorrow, that if I like, I am buying. It is a used car and the dealer said I would get 2 services and 2 years roadside assistance could I ask please, is that full cover (not European), or literally basic cover? On my current car, after the first year which was full cover, I then was able to top up the 'lite cover' to full cover if I had my car serviced by the main dealer for £48. If I had not done so, then the cover was very basic. Just something that I thought about and wondered. thanks
  21. sorry in wrong forum, didn't realise it was citigo
  22. I have decided to try the Kamiq again. Taking everything into consideration, I do not need the Karoq - size wise - and I find the Kamiq cuter lol I did find the steering wheel too low, like a go cart kind of, prob just my perception, but that could just be me, having driven cars more like the Karoq for years. So going tomorrow with an open mind, plus it is way more affordable. If I don't get on with it, I will look around at other makes. My lean to Skoda was the fact my brother has had 4 and loves them comfort wise.
  23. I’m sorting out test driving the SE and SE L - typically at two different places. both have the things I’d want on the car, equipment wise - one is a few months older but half the mileage. I’ll see how I get on both graphite grey. the meteor grey which I really like at another place, doesn’t have the rest camera. I wonder if that’s easy to add by the dealer? Or not possible.
  24. I agree. wow, love that orange
  25. it is the SE Drive - ah, ok... thanks
