  1. @Gcdog Hi, came across this post while trying to find a suitable dog guard for our MK3 estate with pan sunroof. Just wondering if you can share the details of what exactly you used to make the support struts? If I can knock something similar up myself this looks like a good solution. The Skoda dealer advised that the guard they can supply needs fitting by then and drilling into the headlining which I'm keen to avoid if possible! I spoke to Trevall who said the guard is not suitable and they have no alternative.
  2. Hi all, I've been looking for a big old bus of an estate car and really like the idea of the superb in L&K trim with the 280 2.0 engine and 4x4. I'd rather buy from a main dealer if possible and have seen the following car for sale. Škoda Car Stock Locator detail -...Check out this Škoda Superb EstateTake a look at this Superb Estate L&K available at Garland Motors Škoda (Aldershot), Aldershot, Blackwater Way Looking at the specs info online I think this seems to have most options, is there anything I'd be missing out on that's worth looking out for? Trying to find an accurate list of options and included spec for the year is sending me potty! This one seems to have the pan roof and winter pack, not sure what else as extras? I've looked at well at the newer (MK4?) superb, looks wise very similar but seems to be a lot more driver aid type stuff, not sure if anything on the newer model is worth the difference? The particular car I've seen is high mileage but only one owner. It's be likely doing less than 5000 miles a year and plan on keeping the car for at least 5 yrs (more if it's reliable and economical to keep) so the mileage will average out over that time. Anything I'm missing or not considering?
