Delivery times?
I got an update from the dealer today. Still on build week 36. So that’s 5 weeks from now and my estimated pickup date is end September/Early October. It’s an SEL IV estate with several options ordered in April 2022. Anyone with an older order date still waiting?

Congrats mate! Skoda rang me this week. Whenever they ring I assume it’s about the order. It wasn’t. They wanted to sell me an extended warranty for my outgoing kodiaq!! Bit cheeky as I had to pay out for a faulty washer pump just out of warranty. 🤬 have ordered my new one with a 5 year warranty

Mine still has a build week around week 36, I was given this date around the start of the year, having ordered in April 2022. Mine is an SE iv estate is it VRSs with the phev engine that are still waiting from 2021 or is it other models as well?

Delivery times?
I’ve received an update today on my build SEL IV estate in graphite grey + a few options including wireless charging. Ordered April 22. Dealer said its now status 10 (showed me proof) with a build week of week 38, which is mid September. So it’ll be an MY ‘24 model I guess. I was hoping for pre-Summer delivery, but now maybe it’ll arrive before Christmas I’m not sure how they can allocate a build week more than 6 months in the future. But maybe some of you will also receive some news this week

Does anyone who ordered a hybrid have any good news recently?? Who was last on here to receive their factory order and when did they order it? my dealer said everyone who had an order from ‘21 at his dealership has a build date, but didn’t mention how many of those were hybrids. From a previous conversation I’d had, he told me he only had 2 on order - my SEL estate and a vrs hatch

they sent me a video showing their system with the complete details of the car on screen. No changes to my build spec, so all looks fine!. It was accepted on 14/11

My dealer emailed me today to let me know that the order is accepted by the factory. It was accepted originally as an MY22 car but they’ve now reaccepted it as MY23 Have asked what it means mentioning that I can see from on there that people who’ve ordered phevs in mid-21 still don’t have theirs

Delivery times?
Can someone put a link to the spreadsheet on first post or something so I can find it again? Wondering who is still waiting for an IV from 2021, who’s currently waiting the longest?

Delivery times?
I ordered April this year and was told the same as you: 44-52 weeks for the SEL IV. In theory, I’m half way there now. I went into the dealers about a month ago and he said at the time the situation in general was improving but based on what people are saying on here and the recent withdrawal of the IV from the website, I have my doubts!

I’m concerned by how few orders on the spreadsheet have reached completion. Not good!!

Delivery times?
Am 4 months into my order for an SEL IV estate now (still awaiting build date) and got invited to a VIP event this weekend at my dealer so naturally I asked them if they had anything in stock remotely similar to my build 🙈 im fully expecting to wait another 9 months or so. Is the situation getting better do we think it, or worse? here’s the invitation I got. Have removed dealer name and contact details but if anyone wants to know who I’m ordering from drop me a message —————— Dear Mr W As a loyal and valued customer, extend a Personal Invitation for you to attend our upcoming WE'VE GOT STOCK VIP EVENT. Between Friday 19th and Sunday 21st August, we will be closing our site to the general public and as a selected customer, you will have the opportunity to drive away one of the brand new models that we currently have in stock and take delivery of your 72 plate skoda on 1st Sept. Attendance is by appointment only so DON’T DELAY! We look forward to welcoming you this Friday! /quoteKind Regards

Delivery times?
I think the wait time is heavily dependant on the model ordered, anyone whos ordered a phev or a vrs (or both) have the worst waits. 4 months is great, when I ordered my kodiaq back in 2019 I had to wait nearly 5 for that

Delivery times?
Am about 11 weeks into my supposed 44 week wait now. Got another update from the dealer this week just to tell me that I’ve not been assigned a build week yet

1.5 DSG MPG horrific
Needed 7 seats for various reasons. Elderly parents; kids; dog. Would have gone for the TDI but at the time of ordering, it was £50 a month more expensive in tax (it’s a company car) At the time I thought I’d never save £50 a month on fuel, perhaps now with such crazy fuel prices I may have done!

1.5 DSG MPG horrific
having done said test on a few occasions over the years as far as I could tell it used more fuel in lower gears while in dipping in-and-out of 2 cyl mode compared with 4 cylinder mode in higher gear. 2 cylinder mode is activated way less in my kodiaq than in the 1.4 Leon ST I had before it. You could moreorless drive it continuously in 2 cyl mode unless you came to a hill I’m not saying it doesn’t come on. But it is never on for a sustained length of time like it was on the Leon nor does it seem to provide the mpg benefit. You are the first person to call it out as a possible gimmick that I’ve seen. It may have provided a greater benefit on the 1.4 which I believe to be a less efficient engine, possibly due to the 1.5 employing lower friction components

It should be built by now if that’s the case?

1.5 DSG MPG horrific
Had my 2019 1.5 DSG SEL 7 seat from new. Now covered nearly 30k miles. My experiences of the 1.5 DSG are similar. 25 mpg round town unless I put it in eco and then put the DSG into sport (to disable coasting) then switch to manual so I can shift into 6th at 30 & 7th at 40. I can get up into the mid 30s quite quickly then pump tyres to around 40 psi especially if going on a long motorway run. Low to Mid 40s achievable doing 70mph and high 40s if you go slower Party piece of this engine; cylinder deactivation is completely nullified because the heavy kodiaq almost always requires too much load on the engine to enter that mode. The same engine in a golf is apparently capable of 60mpg i have tried other approaches such as those suggested; to keep in lower gears so cylinder deactivation comes into play but I have had better results selecting highest possible gear without labouring the engine. My car has paddles on the steering wheel, am glad I opted for them as I use them a lot!

Delivery times?
So does anyone have any good news? is there a possibility to tabulate what kind of delivery times people are seeing for particular models? I ordered an IV SEL Estate in April 2022 and was told to expect delivery around same time in 2023. I don’t yet have a build date (not really surprising!)
