Does it really need Super Unleaded as it says inside the filler cap - or just Unleaded?

Hi - have a 2014 Black Edition 1.2Tsi which has the black wheels with low profile 205/40 17 tyres. It came without a spare - just a pot of glue and a pump. If I want to get a spare with tyre what size wheel/tyre would work (incl space saver)? Thanks
